or recycled.
Underpinning these various strategies is an ethos – to
minimise pollution and live as harmoniously as possible with the
natural environment.
Simply put, organic foods are purer than conventional produce. The labour
intensive farming practices also account for their relatively high
price when compared with conventional produce.
