If you are unhappy with your purchases please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to organise an exchange or refund. Any items returned must be unworn, unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
Please note, due to our hygiene policy there can be no refunds on nappies. However, we will be happy to exchange if nappy is faulty. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
Refunds can only be made by Bank Deposit or PayPal.
Postage costs will be at the customers expense and are not refundable.
